PATHWAY
At Pathway, we support four groups of students who are working towards Functional Skills qualifications in the core areas of Maths, English, and ICT, ranging from Entry Level 1 to Level 1.
At Pathway, our mission is to ensure that vulnerable young people have access to full-time, purposeful education that supports both their academic progress and emotional development.
We are committed to helping every learner feel valued, understood, and empowered to build self-awareness and confidence in their abilities.Through our tailored Socio-Education Model and its structured five-part cycle, we provide consistent emotional, social, and educational support to help students achieve positive outcomes.
This approach ensures that no young person leaves Pathway without a clear progression route into education, employment, or training (EET). Our leadership team brings extensive experience and a proven track record in reducing and eliminating NEET outcomes across Key Stages 3, 4, and Post 16 and Adult, working successfully with students in both mainstream and specialist educational settings throughout the UK.
